I’m a cutie patootie Chihuahua mix who was brought to PETSinc by a good Samaritan after being found as a stray.  I felt really special when PETSinc
chose me as  one of their ambassadors to go on a recent adoption event with their staff; I hear they like to choose super friendly and social
