Meet Pepper Santee

I’m a handsome terrier/pit bull mix who came to PETSinc as an abandoned stray.  I love going on walks, seeking adventure, and playing in the dog park
here at PETSinc.  I am a special needs guy — and by that, I am deaf.  So, I will need an extra caring family who has experience dealing
with my “handican” (as opposed to “handicap”) since I do not respond to vocal commands (and will have to understand sign communication).  I have
much love to give in return to someone who sees my potential and loves me unconditionally.  What a great happily ever after I an looking forward
to with just the right family!!!
