Meet Scottie Boy

I am a very sweet, but terribly shy terrier/pit bull mix who came to PETSinc from Orangeburg County Animal Control after I had been shot in the back leg
by someone as I was wandering in the neighborhood.  Dr. Chappell was able to immediately perform surgery to help and repair my injury, so I am
good as new on the outside. But on the inside, I am still hurting and re-learning to trust humans again. The staff has given me a great “kennel mate”
who is also teaching and showing me that not all hoomans are bad and hurtful, and I’m starting to come around while taking baby steps to trusting.
Once my heart heals, I know I will be a great companion to someone who will love me unconditionally, but I need someone who will be very patient and
worthy of my heart and trust.
