PETSinc. | Pet Adoption and Affordable Vet Clinic
For your many years of faithful philanthropic support to our mission of animal advocacy, PETSinc has been in search of a meaningful, renewable, way to say thank you, give back, and pay it forward while investing in hope for the future. PETSinc’s Canine Companions Program will provide dogs trained with specific therapeutic abilities or duties to military veterans (with a vision for expansion in the future) as therapy companions.
A companion dog – entirely different than a working service dog who is trained to assist those with specific disabilities — is just that… a companion trained in basic obedience, house manners, and occasionally additional skills that may be needed in the home environment.
We are grateful for this opportunity with the help of partners Dick Dyer Mercedes & Volvo, Beth Riddle, and Tony & Pam Oden with Oden Airedales.
Benefits of a Home Companion Dog:
~A Sense of Responsibility
~Relief from Insomnia
~Extra Sensory Input
~Increased Friendship and Socialization
~Soothed Loneliness

Our pilot and signature dog is Jethro. He will remain with PETSinc as our Canine Companions representative. Ellie Mae is our second, and she has graduated from her training and is currently fulfilling her role as a PETSinc Canine Companion to a military veteran. Oat-is is our third, and he is currently in Companion training. Luci and Ricki are our fourth and fifth, and they are in puppy pre-school for basic manners and obedience training.
